The founder of the firm, Glenn Verchick, has worked at and been a partner in firms of all sizes. After over twenty five years of practicing law, he has decided that a small firm allows him to form a close working relationship with his clients and provide quality legal representation. He has extensive experience in his chosen area of the law which is dedicated to representing victims of negligence and medical malpractice.  He is the Past President of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, a Trustee of the Brooklyn Bar Association, the past Editor-in-Chief of the Barrister legal publication, a member of the Medical Malpractice Committee of the Brooklyn Bar Association, and a member of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers Nursing home Committee. He has been recognized by Super Lawyer Magazine since 2010. He has reported verdicts of over a million dollars and is an active trial lawyer in New York and New Jersey.  He regularly hosts and lectures at continuing legal education seminars on topics of trial practice, evidence and substantive law. He has lectured to other lawyers in New York City, Upstate New York and at the prestigious Boardwalk Seminar Series in Atlantic City, New Jersey. He has published articles on trial practice strategies and substantive law and was recognized by the American Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association for his pro bono work on behalf of the families of 9/11 victims.
